IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-We have a strict no refund policy

-Pro Logistics has no liability for damaged goods

-Payment is required upfront on all jobs

-We do not allow credit

​

-Cancellations with at least 24 hrs notice will be charged just 15% of the required payment. The remaining amount will be refunded.

​

-Cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice will be charged 50% of the required payment. The remaining amount will be refunded.

​

-Cancellations with less than 2 hrs notice before the job will be charged the full amount, with no refund.
